A claim will only be approved if the following criteria is satisfied.
- The booking is from a resident of metropolitan Melbourne, Mitchell Shire or from interstate.

How much can I claim?
You can only make a claim against the actual loss of income from the cancelled and refunded booking up to a maximum of $225 (ex GST) per night. This is capped at $1,125 per bookable offering (e.g. per room, cabin, serviced apartment, holiday rental).
